Yes. When you move into our community, you will review and sign our lease agreement, as required by law. The lease addresses all provisions, policies, rights, responsibilities, and protections for you and our community.

Lifestyle costs are determined by the size and type of living unit and the services and level of care you need. Senior living communities are required to disclose all available services and fees.

No. Medicare and Medicaid do not pay for these services. You may qualify for coverage if you receive health care services from a third-party health care provider.
